Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms & conditions before completing our booking form.

All prices per person per seat. This is not exclusive travel and there may be other passengers collected en route.


A deposit is payable within 5 days of the booking date subject to the table below, any deposit is non refundable. The booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid.


1 – 8 Passengers £35.00
9 – 16 Passengers £70.00
17 – 24 Passengers £105.00

The remaining balance is payable 14 days prior to departure or 19 days if paid by cheque. However, in the event that the travel date is within 14/19 days of the booking date, the full amount is payable. All payments (including deposits) can be made over the telephone by debit/credit card or by cash or cheque in the office. A credit card will incur a 2% surcharge. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by AMEX.

Our office hours are 09.00 to 16.45 Mondays to Thursdays and 09.00 to 17.00 on Fridays. Closed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays.

Cancellation policy and changes on your return

In the event of an amendment, delay or cancellation we ask that you contact the office by telephone on 01539 724 658, rather than by email.

The deposit is non refundable if you cancel your collection arrangements. For WHATEVER reason your flight, boat or train is cancelled on the specific time you have arranged for collection you forfeit your deposit. If however, you do not advise us of a cancellation within 12 hours of the collection time, no refund will be made for the cost of that journey.

If passengers do not arrive on the day/time/flight they have booked with us, they will forfeit any payment made for the said journey. Additional costs will arise from any collection made where the customers have advised the company of the wrong information.

Transfer Policy

Booking arrangements can be changed upto a maximum of 28 days after your intial travel date. This will incur a handling charge of £17.50 and may also incur extra costs depending on any change of time and date. This service will depend on our availability, but we will do our best to meet your requirements, however we cannot give a guarantee.

In the event of any circumstances changing whilst customers are away then again we must be informed immediately.

The total number of passengers must not exceed the number pre booked on any journey and the cost is inclusive of one standard suitcase and one small piece of hand luggage per person. Excess luggage must be advised in advance of the travel date or at the booking stage and may incur a charge.

It is occasionally necessary to bring a collection time earlier than originally arranged due to unforeseen circumstances, such as road closures, snow etc.

PLEASE NOTE: Alcohol is banned from all vehicles

The company retains the right to change its Term & Conditions without notice.
